The Early Childhood Education Program is a full-day curriculum designed to nurture the heart and mind of your child in a faith-based atmosphere. Your student will develop confidence, self-control, and fine motor skills through activities that spark natural curiosity and imagination.
Our Pre-K3 program meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday, getting our youngest ones adjusted to a full-day routine. Our Pre-K4 program is a five-day program. Your Little Spartan will be guided on how to work independently and collectively with ample time to learn through play. Upon completion, your child will be kindergarten ready, independent and prepared to continue learning.
EARLY CHILDHOOD DAILY SCHEDULE
Each school day begins with prayer followed by opening activities. Class instruction is delivered in a variety of formats to meet the needs of each student. Class experiences include gross and fine motor activities, exposure to math and science concepts, and a variety of opportunities to develop language, literacy, social, and emotional skills. Students also develop specific skills during their specials classes- Art, Library, and Music.
In addition to daily faith formation, Pre-K4 students participate in a weekly Mass.
Early Childhood students must be of age on or before September 1 and be fully toilet trained to attend St. John Bosco.
